This article is aimed at people who already have a basic knowledge of working with SLR cameras and want to try bird eye viewpoint. There are many books full of a lot of great information on this subject, but as with anything else, this information can seem daunting and keep rookie aerial photographers take their first flights. My goal is to compress the information critical to the quick start guide that will take you into the air and taking great shots at any time.

Aerial photography is a delight for many, although it can be very difficult for professional photographers and amateurs. The majority of aerial photographs shot by amateurs in small aircraft since there are many advantages in lower altitudes, slower flight and capacity aircraft to open a window. Possibilities for discovering issues, events, lighting or perspectives are greater at lower altitudes.
